Roll Off Driver

We are seeking a reliable and safety-focused CDL Class B Roll-Off Truck Driver to join our team. This position involves delivering and servicing roll-off containers for construction, commercial, and residential customers. Drivers are home daily and work a consistent Monday–Friday schedule.

Roll-off experience is preferred but not required — we are willing to train the right candidate with strong driving experience and a good work ethic.

Responsibilities:

• Safely operate a roll-off truck to deliver and pick up containers
• Perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections
• Maintain safe driving practices and comply with DOT regulations
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers
• Secure containers properly before transport
• Keep equipment clean and in good working condition

Requirements:

• Valid CDL Class B license
• Minimum 3 years CDL driving experience
• Clean 7-year Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)
• Ability to pass DOT drug screen and physical
• Dependable with strong attendance record
• Ability to work in varying weather and job site conditions
• Good customer service skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous roll-off or waste industry experience
• Experience operating manual transmissions (if applicable)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
