The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a mindset focused on growth and long-term stability.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels.</li><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients in the IT/software industry.</li><li>Understand client requirements and collaborate with internal tech teams.</li><li>Prepare and deliver impactful presentations and proposals.</li><li>Manage the complete sales cycle from lead to closure.</li><li>Maintain CRM data and track leads effectively.</li><li>Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.</li><li>Conduct competitor and market analysis.</li><li>Coordinate with project teams for scoping and proposals.</li><li>Represent the company professionally during meetings and events.</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications <ul><li>Strong SEO knowledge (on-page, off-page, tools like SEMrush/Ahrefs).</li><li>Hands-on experience with Google Ads &amp; Facebook/Meta Ads Manager.</li><li>Understanding of analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Search Console).</li><li>Ability to create reports and derive insights.</li><li>Good communication, analytical thinking, and time management.</li><li>Basic understanding of CMS/WordPress is a plus.</li></ul>Education : Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, IT, Business, or related field.Certifications in Google Ads / Analytics are an advantage.
