Admire Dental is expanding! We are looking for l Scheduling Coordinators to manage our front desk on a daily basis and to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Along with being the first point of contact for our dental office, our Scheduling Coordinator&rsquo;s duties include offering administrative support to the doctor on staff, dental assistants and hygienists, and others across the organization. To be successful as a Scheduling Coordinator, the ideal candidate would be personable, high energy and pleasant as this is also a customer service role. Multitasking and time management skills are essential for this position. Ultimately, a Scheduling Coordinator&rsquo;s duties and responsibilities are to ensure the front desk welcomes patients positively, and executes all administrative tasks to the highest quality standards.Responsibilities<ul><li>Greet and welcome patients as soon as they arrive at the office</li><li>Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls</li><li>Ensure reception area is sanitized, presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures)</li><li>Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email</li><li>Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries</li><li>Perform other clerical administrative duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing and faxing</li><li>File patient documents</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Scheduling Coordinator, Front Office Representative or similar role.</li><li>Hands-on experience with office equipment</li><li>Professional attitude and appearance</li><li>Solid written and verbal communication skills</li><li>Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise</li><li>Excellent organizational skills</li><li>Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $18.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>Employee discount</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>People with a criminal record are encouraged to applyWork Location: In person
