We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality products and exceptional customer service while building long-term relationships with our clients.Position SummaryWe are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative (Sales Support) to serve as a key point of contact for our customers while supporting the Sales team with day-to-day administrative tasks.This role is primarily focused on customer communication, order coordination, and internal support, ensuring a smooth and positive experience from inquiry through fulfillment. The ideal candidate is organized, responsive, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Service &amp; Order Support<ul><li>Answer inbound calls and assist customers with product inquiries, orders, and general questions</li><li>Respond to customer emails and provide timely, professional communication</li><li>Enter and process orders accurately in company systems</li><li>Provide order status updates and proactively communicate with customers</li><li>Coordinate with production, shipping, and accounting to ensure timely order fulfillment</li><li>Assist with account documentation and basic customer record maintenance</li></ul>Sales Support<ul><li>Assist Sales team with data entry, order input, and follow-ups</li><li>Update and maintain customer information in CRM (HubSpot preferred)</li><li>Help track open orders and ensure timely progression through the system</li><li>Route customer requests and inquiries to appropriate sales representatives</li><li>Support preparation of basic quotes and documentation as needed</li></ul>Administrative Support<ul><li>Maintain organized electronic files and customer records</li><li>Prepare sample shipments and sales materials</li><li>Assist with scheduling and internal coordination as needed</li><li>Support trade shows or customer events (as needed)</li><li>Attend team meetings and provide updates on customer activity and open items</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree preferred (not required)</li><li>1&ndash;3 years of customer service, administrative, or support experience</li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills</li><li>Strong basic math, including the ability to accurately calculate quantities, pricing, and order details</li><li>Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot a plus)</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)</li><li>Strong organizational and time-management skills</li><li>High attention to detail and accuracy</li><li>Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Strong in the English language and proofreading skills</li><li>RFID knowledge is a plus</li></ul>Core Competencies<ul><li>Customer-focused mindset</li><li>Professional communication</li><li>Attention to detail and accuracy</li><li>Team collaboration</li><li>Reliability and responsiveness</li><li>Problem-solving ability</li></ul>Compensation &amp; Benefits<ul><li>Hourly Pay: $22.00 &ndash; $26.00 per hour (based on experience)</li><li>Health benefits, paid time off, and company-sponsored programs (details provided during hiring process)</li><li>Stable, full-time position with opportunity for growth</li></ul>Physical Requirements<ul><li>Prolonged sitting and computer use</li><li>Ability to occasionally lift up to 20 lbs</li></ul>Please submit your resume with a cover letter outlining why you think this position would be a good fit for you.
