Job Summary: The Bike Driver is responsible for the safe and timely delivery of goods, food, or packages to customers using a bicycle or motorbike. This role requires strong navigation skills, time management, and a customer-oriented approach.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Pick up and deliver items to customers at designated locations.</li><li>Follow assigned routes or use navigation apps to ensure timely deliveries.</li><li>Handle products with care to avoid damage during transport.</li><li>Verify orders before delivery and confirm receipt with customers.</li><li>Maintain the bike/motorbike in good condition and report any issues.</li><li>Follow traffic rules and safety guidelines at all times.</li><li>Provide excellent customer service and represent the company professionally.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Skills:<ul><li>Valid driving license (if using a motorbike).</li><li>Familiarity with GPS or navigation apps.</li><li>Good physical stamina and ability to ride for long durations.</li><li>Strong time-management and organizational skills.</li><li>Basic communication skills for customer interaction.</li><li>Reliability, punctuality, and attention to safety.</li></ul>Work Environment:<ul><li>Outdoor, with varying weather conditions.</li><li>Flexible schedules may include evenings, weekends, and holidays.</li></ul>Preferred Experience:<ul><li>Prior experience as a delivery rider, courier, or in a customer-facing role is a plus.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-time
