BIKE DRIVER

Job Summary:
The Bike Driver is responsible for the safe and timely delivery of goods, food, or packages to customers using a bicycle or motorbike. This role requires strong navigation skills, time management, and a customer-oriented approach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pick up and deliver items to customers at designated locations.
• Follow assigned routes or use navigation apps to ensure timely deliveries.
• Handle products with care to avoid damage during transport.
• Verify orders before delivery and confirm receipt with customers.
• Maintain the bike/motorbike in good condition and report any issues.
• Follow traffic rules and safety guidelines at all times.
• Provide excellent customer service and represent the company professionally.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Valid driving license (if using a motorbike).
• Familiarity with GPS or navigation apps.
• Good physical stamina and ability to ride for long durations.
• Strong time-management and organizational skills.
• Basic communication skills for customer interaction.
• Reliability, punctuality, and attention to safety.

Work Environment:

• Outdoor, with varying weather conditions.
• Flexible schedules may include evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Preferred Experience:

• Prior experience as a delivery rider, courier, or in a customer-facing role is a plus.
