Light Vehicle Driver

• Safely drive company vehicles to transport staff, documents between branches, offices and other locations.
• Ensure the secure and timely delivery of sensitive documents, including financial records and official correspondence.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling company-related information.
• Follow all Qatar traffic laws and company driving policies at all times.
• Keep the vehicle clean, fueled, and in proper working condition.
• Conduct routine checks of vehicle condition (oil, water, tires, brakes, etc.) and report maintenance needs.
• Assist with messenger and support duties when required by management.
• Maintain a daily log of vehicle usage, mileage, and fuel consumption.
• Coordinate with the administration department for scheduled trips and urgent requirements.
• Provide excellent customer service when interacting with staff and clients.
