Job Overview:

We are seeking a reliable and professional Driver to transport company staff, to various locations as needed. The ideal candidate will ensure safety, efficiency, and punctuality while maintaining a clean and well-maintained vehicle. The Driver will also be responsible for following all traffic laws and regulations, ensuring the vehicle is in good working condition, and assisting with additional driving-related duties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Transport Staff: Safely transport employees, or goods to and from specified locations, ensuring timely arrivals and departures.
• Vehicle Maintenance: Maintain a clean and well-maintained vehicle, ensuring it is in good working condition at all times. Conduct regular checks (oil, tire pressure, brake fluid, etc.) and report any mechanical issues promptly.
• Route Planning: Plan efficient routes to ensure timely arrival at destinations and minimize delays or congestion.
• Safety Compliance: Adhere to all traffic laws, road safety regulations, and company policies regarding vehicle operations. Report any accidents or incidents immediately.
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate logs of trips, vehicle maintenance, fuel consumption, and mileage. Report any issues with the vehicle or driving conditions.
• Assistance: Assist with the loading and unloading of goods or luggage when necessary. Help staff or clients with entering and exiting the vehicle.
• Professionalism: Exhibit professionalism and courtesy at all times when interacting with clients, staff, and the public.

Qualifications:

• Valid Driver’s License: Must hold a valid of driver’s license, with a clean driving record.
• Experience: Previous driving experience of at least 3- 5 years, preferably in a similar role, is an advantage.
• Knowledge of Local Area: Good knowledge of the local area, traffic patterns, and the best routes for travel.
• Reliability & Punctuality: Strong reliability, with the ability to work under pressure and adhere to schedules.
• Communication Skills: Good verbal communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with clients and colleagues.

Work Schedule:

• Working Hours: Full-time, or as needed based on assignment.
• Overtime: Overtime may be required based on the needs of the business.
• Weekend or Night Shifts: Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, or nights as per operational requirements.
