Job Title: Delivery Boy

Job Purpose:

To ensure timely, accurate, and safe delivery of food and other items to customers, maintaining a high standard of customer service and adhering to company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely deliver orders to customers within the assigned time frame.
• Verify orders before delivery to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Collect payments when required and hand over to the accounts team as per company policy.
• Maintain a clean and well-kept delivery vehicle at all times.
• Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while driving.
• Assist in loading and unloading items for delivery.
• Provide excellent customer service and handle customer queries in a professional manner.
• Report any accidents, delays, or vehicle issues immediately to the supervisor.
• Support other operational tasks as assigned by the management.

Requirements:

• Valid Qatar Driving License (mandatory).
• Proven experience as a delivery driver (preferably in F&B or logistics).
• Familiarity with Qatar roads and traffic rules.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet delivery deadlines.
• Good communication skills in English (Arabic knowledge is an added advantage).
• Presentable, reliable, and customer-oriented.
• Flexibility to work in shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required.

Education & Experience:

• Minimum High School Certificate or equivalent.
• At least 1–2 years of relevant experience in delivery or similar role.
