We're looking for a dynamic, driven female Salon Manager to lead daily operations, manage staff, and drive high-value sales through a client-first approach.Responsibilities: <ul><li>Oversee day-to-day salon operations and ensure smooth workflow</li><li>Lead, train &amp; motivate the salon team for performance and service excellence</li><li>Manage appointment scheduling, inventory, and vendor relations</li><li>Achieve monthly sales targets through upselling and premium client experience</li><li>Build and maintain strong client relationships for retention &amp; referrals</li><li>Track KPIs, handle client feedback, and ensure top-notch service quality</li><li>Strategize and execute promotions to increase revenue</li></ul>Requirements: <ul><li>Minimum 2 years of experience in salon/spa management or hospitality</li><li>Strong communication, leadership &amp; people management skills</li><li>Able to communicate effectively in Arabic (Preffered)</li><li>Preference will be given to candidates available in Qatar.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: From QAR8,000.00 per monthEducation:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Preferred)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Manager: 2 years (Preferred)</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>Arabic (Preferred)</li></ul>
