Position: Salon Manager (Women Only)

Location: Doha, Qatar

Employment Type: Full-Time

Compensation: Base Salary + Performance-Based Commission

We are a premium beauty salon offering luxury experiences in hair, skin, and wellness. We're looking for a dynamic, driven female Salon Manager to lead daily operations, manage staff, and drive high-value sales through a client-first approach.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day salon operations and ensure smooth workflow
• Lead, train & motivate the salon team for performance and service excellence
• Manage appointment scheduling, inventory, and vendor relations
• Achieve monthly sales targets through upselling and premium client experience
• Build and maintain strong client relationships for retention & referrals
• Track KPIs, handle client feedback, and ensure top-notch service quality
• Strategize and execute promotions to increase revenue

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in salon/spa management or hospitality
• Strong communication, leadership & people management skills
• Able to communicate effectively in Arabic (Preffered)
• Preference will be given to candidates available in Qatar.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From QAR8,000.00 per month
