Private Equity DirectorThe Private Equity Director is responsible for sourcing, evaluating, executing, and managing private equity investments to deliver strong risk-adjusted returns. This role leads deal origination, due diligence, transaction execution, portfolio oversight, and investor or stakeholder communication.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Identify and evaluate new investment opportunities through market research, networking, and direct outreach.</li><li>Lead due diligence, financial modeling, valuation analysis, and investment committee materials.</li><li>Negotiate and structure transactions, including deal terms, funding structure, and exit strategy.</li><li>Monitor and support portfolio companies to drive growth, improve performance, and create value.</li><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with founders, management teams, advisors, investors, and external partners.</li><li>Oversee junior team members and provide coaching, leadership, and guidance.</li><li>Track market trends, regulatory developments, and sector opportunities relevant to the investment strategy.</li></ul>Required Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in finance, business, economics, accounting, or a related field; MBA or CFA preferred.</li><li>Extensive experience in private equity, investment banking, M&amp;A, or principal investing.</li><li>Strong financial modeling, valuation, and due diligence skills.</li><li>Proven ability to source deals, lead negotiations, and manage investment processes end to end.</li><li>Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.</li></ul>Preferred Experience<ul><li>Experience managing portfolio companies and supporting value creation initiatives.</li><li>Experience working with institutional investors, family offices, sovereign wealth, or corporate investment teams.</li><li>Strong understanding of legal, regulatory, and governance requirements in investment activities.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Temporary, Contract, Internship, New grad Contract length: 12 monthsPay: QAR66.00 - QAR104.00 per hourExpected hours: No less than 20 per weekWork Location: In person
