We work with international clients and technology partners to ensure seamless IT operations worldwide.We are seeking a highly strategic and experienced professional to lead our global IT vendor management function and oversee critical international partnerships.iRole OverviewThe IT Vendor Management Specialist will be responsible for the end-to-end management of AGITS&rsquo; key international IT vendors, including hardware providers, offshore development partners, and managed service providers.This role ensures vendor relationships are strategic, cost-efficient, compliant, scalable, and aligned with AGITS&rsquo; global business objectives.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Lead identification, evaluation, negotiation, and onboarding of international IT vendors.</li><li>Develop and implement a global vendor management strategy aligned with AGITS' growth plans.</li><li>Ensure scalability and geographic adaptability across Europe, UK, APAC, and other regions.</li><li>Act as the primary relationship owner for strategic global vendors.</li><li>Conduct Quarterly and Annual Business Reviews (QBRs/ABRs).</li><li>Drive innovation, service improvement, and long-term roadmap alignment.</li><li>Negotiate and manage Master Service Agreements (MSAs), Statements of Work (SOWs), and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).</li><li>Data sovereignty requirements, Cross-border data transfer rules, Local data privacy laws,Currency and tax implications</li><li>Work closely with legal and finance teams on contractual risk mitigation.</li><li>Define and monitor global KPIs and SLAs.</li><li>Assess vendor financial stability and geopolitical risks.</li><li>Mitigate risks related to service delivery, cybersecurity, and regulatory compliance.</li><li>Ensure consistent service quality across all regions.</li><li>Conduct spend analysis and demand forecasting.</li><li>Identify opportunities for cost savings and contract consolidation.</li><li>Develop ROI frameworks for vendor investments.</li><li>Optimize pricing models and commercial structures.</li><li>Partner with Legal, Finance, Information Security, HR, and regional leaders.</li><li>Establish a structured and compliant global vendor governance framework.</li><li>Ensure alignment with AGITS&rsquo; operational and compliance standards.</li><li>Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and performance excellence.</li><li>Build scalable vendor governance processes.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Finance, or related field.</li><li>Minimum 5+ years of experience in IT vendor management, strategic sourcing, or IT procurement.</li><li>At least 3+ years managing complex international vendor relationships.</li><li>Proven experience negotiating multi-year, high-value global IT contracts.</li><li>Strong understanding of international IT regulatory frameworks (e.g., GDPR and regional data protection laws).</li><li>Advanced financial and commercial acumen (cost modeling, budgeting, pricing analysis).</li><li>Excellent stakeholder management and cross-cultural communication skills.</li><li>Experience working across multiple time zones.</li><li>Ability to work independently in a remote setup and manage time effectively.</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Performance-based bonus</li><li>Provident Fund (PF) after confirmation</li><li>Funded health insurance after confirmation</li><li>International client exposure and structured learning</li><li>Leadership role in a growing IT services company</li></ul>Working Hours:<ul><li>5 days a week &ndash; Monday to Friday</li><li>11:30 AM to 9:00 PM (including break)</li></ul>Compensation:<ul><li>Monthly Salary: Starting from PKR 180,000 per month</li></ul>(Final compensation will be determined based on experience, skillset, and expertise.)<ul><li>Performance-based bonus</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: From Rs180,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):<ul><li>How many years of experience do you have specifically in IT vendor management or strategic sourcing?</li><li>Have you managed international IT vendors?
