Advance Global IT Support is a UK-based IT service provider company. Our company specializes in providing IT professionals globally.We are seeking a highly motivated IT recruiter intern which leads to a confirmed jobAs a recruiter, you will be responsible for identifying, and sourcing resources for different projects around the globe . You will work with the recruitment manager to understand the nature and requirements of the project. You will be responsible for maintaining a strong chain of engineers for our organization.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Collaborates with the hiring manager to understand the need and roles to be filled</li><li>Identifies the most effective methods for recruiting and attracting candidates/source potential candidates on niche platforms like LinkedIn</li><li>Parse specialized skills and qualifications to screen IT resumes.</li><li>Identifies appropriate candidate access to their qualification through review of their resume</li><li>Conduct interviews through phone calls and video calls</li><li>Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers</li><li>Negotiate and communicate salary package with candidate.</li><li>Manage the recruitment process from start to end.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, IT, Business, or a related field.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Strong attention to detail.</li><li>Strong internet research and sourcing skills (especially LinkedIn)</li><li>Ability to screen IT profiles (Desktop Support, Network Engineers, L1/L2/L3 roles, etc.)</li><li>Basic understanding of IT roles and technologies (training will be provided)</li></ul>What We Offer <ul><li>Internship leading to a confirmed full-time position</li><li>Provident Fund (PF) plan after confirmation</li><li>Funded health insurance</li><li>Attractive incentives on every successful hiring</li><li>Performance-based growth and career advancement</li><li>Exposure to international IT recruitment and staffing projects</li></ul>Job Type: Full-time From Monday to FridayWorking hours: 11:30 am to 8:30 pmLocation: Near LDA Office Johar TownJob Types: Full-time, Internship Contract length: 3 monthsPay: Rs20,000.00 - Rs25,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):<ul><li>Do you have working laptop and stable internet connection for remote work? </li><li>Rate your communication confidence in English (1 to 5)</li><li>Why do you want to join our company? </li><li>Where do you see yourself in 2 years? </li><li>Are you willing to work from 11:00 AM to 8:30 PM</li></ul>Work Location: Remote
