We are seeking a highly strategic and experienced professional to lead our global IT vendor management function and oversee critical international partnerships.i

Role Overview

The IT Vendor Management Specialist will be responsible for the end-to-end management of AGITS’ key international IT vendors, including hardware providers, offshore development partners, and managed service providers.

This role ensures vendor relationships are strategic, cost-efficient, compliant, scalable, and aligned with AGITS’ global business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead identification, evaluation, negotiation, and onboarding of international IT vendors.
  • Develop and implement a global vendor management strategy aligned with AGITS' growth plans.
  • Ensure scalability and geographic adaptability across Europe, UK, APAC, and other regions.
  • Act as the primary relationship owner for strategic global vendors.
  • Conduct Quarterly and Annual Business Reviews (QBRs/ABRs).
  • Drive innovation, service improvement, and long-term roadmap alignment.
  • Negotiate and manage Master Service Agreements (MSAs), Statements of Work (SOWs), and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Data sovereignty requirements, Cross-border data transfer rules, Local data privacy laws,Currency and tax implications
  • Work closely with legal and finance teams on contractual risk mitigation.
  • Define and monitor global KPIs and SLAs.
  • Assess vendor financial stability and geopolitical risks.
  • Mitigate risks related to service delivery, cybersecurity, and regulatory compliance.
  • Ensure consistent service quality across all regions.
  • Conduct spend analysis and demand forecasting.
  • Identify opportunities for cost savings and contract consolidation.
  • Develop ROI frameworks for vendor investments.
  • Optimize pricing models and commercial structures.
  • Partner with Legal, Finance, Information Security, HR, and regional leaders.
  • Establish a structured and compliant global vendor governance framework.
  • Ensure alignment with AGITS’ operational and compliance standards.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and performance excellence.
  • Build scalable vendor governance processes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in IT vendor management, strategic sourcing, or IT procurement.
  • At least 3+ years managing complex international vendor relationships.
  • Proven experience negotiating multi-year, high-value global IT contracts.
  • Strong understanding of international IT regulatory frameworks (e.g., GDPR and regional data protection laws).
  • Advanced financial and commercial acumen (cost modeling, budgeting, pricing analysis).
  • Excellent stakeholder management and cross-cultural communication skills.
  • Experience working across multiple time zones.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setup and manage time effectively.

Working Hours:

  • 5 days a week – Monday to Friday
  • 11:30 AM to 9:00 PM (including break)

Compensation:

  • Monthly Salary: Starting from PKR 180,000 per month

(Final compensation will be determined based on experience, skillset, and expertise.)
