Job Description:

• Identify, evaluate, and manage local suppliers; obtain quotations and negotiate prices, terms, and delivery schedules.
• Develop and maintain strong vendor relationships; manage vendor data and resolve quality, pricing, or delivery issues.
• Source cost-effective materials while maintaining quality and timely availability; handle defective or damaged goods with suppliers.
• Maintain accurate procurement records and ensure real-time entries in SAP in compliance with company policies.
• Reconcile daily cash purchases, submit invoices to accounts, and follow up on vendor invoices and advance closures in SAP.
• Frequent visits to local market.

Job Specifications:

Education: Intermediate/ Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: 1–3 years of procurement experience, preferably in a manufacturing setup
Required Skills:

• Vendor sourcing & negotiation
• Proficiency in MS Office & SAP
• Strong coordination and documentation skills
