We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented coordinator to join our team.
Qualification Required: Business Graduate or Masters
Background Required: Candidates with Import/Export, Supply Chain, or Customer Handling background will be preferred.
3–5 years of relevant experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage import documentation and shipment processes
Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders & clearing agents
Track shipments and ensure timely delivery
Prepare and verify shipping documents (Invoice, Packing List, BL, etc.)
Communicate with customers regarding shipment updates and queries
Maintain strong coordination between customers and internal departments
Maintain records of shipments and related documentation
Vendor Communication & Purchasing
Assist in daily operations and reporting
Required Skills:
Good communication & customer dealing skills
Basic knowledge of import/export procedures
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel)
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Problem-solving and attention to detail
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
