Job Title: Accounts Receivable Officer / Executive
Job Summary
The Accounts Receivable Officer is responsible for managing customer payments, maintaining accurate receivable records, following up on outstanding dues, and ensuring timely collection of payments. The role supports healthy cash flow and strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
· Record customer payments and adjust invoices in the accounting system
· Coordinate with sales and dispatch teams regarding billing and collections
· Resolve payment discrepancies, deductions, and short payments
· Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly receivable reports
· Reconcile customer accounts and resolve differences
· Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities
· Maintain proper documentation for invoices, receipts, and credit notes
· Ensure compliance with company policies and audit requirements
· Support internal and external audits when required
Required Skills & Qualifications
