As a rapidly expanding company, we’re looking for DM Supply Chain whois responsible for overseeing inventory management and stock movement across multiple warehouses. The role ensures optimal stock availability, accurate inventory records, efficient inter-warehouse transfers, and close coordination with the purchasing team to maintain appropriate stock levels. The position plays a key role in minimizing stockouts, reducing excess inventory, and ensuring smooth supply chain operations.

Responsibilities:

1. Inventory Monitoring & Control.

2. Warehouse Coordination.

3. Stock Replenishment & Planning.

4. Inter-Warehouse Transfers.

5. Inventory Reporting & Analysis.

6. ERP / System Management.

7. Physical Inventory & Audits.

8. Process Improvement.

9. Cross-Department Coordination.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Inventory accuracy level.
• Stockout frequency.
• Inventory turnover ratio.
• Stock ageing / slow-moving inventory.
• Timeliness of inter-warehouse transfers.
• ERP inventory reconciliation accuracy.

Requirements:

• MBA in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.
• 4–7 years of experience in supply chain, inventory management, or warehouse operations.
• Experience working with multiple warehouses is preferred.
• Experience in a trading or distribution company is highly desirable.
