Job Description: Are you organized, proactive, and passionate about keeping things in order? We are seeking an Inventory Officer to manage our restaurant warehouse. You'll be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, ensuring proper storage, and coordinating with suppliers and staff to keep our operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inventory Management: Maintain and update inventory records, conduct regular physical checks, and ensure stock levels are adequate.
• Receiving and Inspection: Receive and inspect deliveries, verify quantities and quality, and manage documentation.
• Storage and Organization: Organize inventory in a safe and efficient manner, following health and safety guidelines.
• Coordination and Communication: Collaborate with restaurant staff and suppliers, providing regular inventory reports to management.
• Compliance and Record Keeping: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain accurate records of inventory transactions.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (degree in supply chain management or related field preferred).
• Experience in inventory management, preferably in a restaurant or food service environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office (Excel).
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of food safety and handling regulations.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical activities for extended periods.
• Ability to work in various environmental conditions, including refrigerated and freezer areas.
