PROCUREMENT EXECUTIVE

Job Description:
We are looking for Procurement Executives with a strong command of SAP B1 and hands-on experience in the retail and food industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing purchasing activities, vendor coordination, and ensuring timely availability of required materials.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end procurement operations
• Work efficiently on SAP B1 for purchase orders, GRNs, and reports
• Source and evaluate vendors and negotiate pricing
• Maintain accurate inventory and purchasing records
• Coordinate with internal departments for timely procurement
• Ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards

Requirements:

• Solid grip on SAP B1
• Experience in the Retail & Food Industry (mandatory)
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
• Minimum Bachelor's degree
