Job Overview

Unze Trading is seeking a Tender Specialist with hands-on experience in WAPDA and government sector tenders. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end tendering processes, ensuring compliance, and supporting business development through identification of new opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end WAPDA and government tender submissions
• Prepare complete tender documentation in line with requirements and ensure compliance
• Coordinate with internal teams for technical and commercial inputs
• Handle tender-related dealings with WAPDA, DISCOs, NTDC, and Pakistan Railways
• Identify new tender opportunities and conduct feasibility analysis
• Ensure accurate record-keeping and documentation throughout the tendering process

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (BBA or equivalent)
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in tendering / bidding
• Hands-on experience with WAPDA tenders is essential
• Experience with NTDC / DISCO tenders is preferred
• Strong communication, coordination, and analytical skills
