Talent Acquisition Specialist

Job Overview

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist with at least 2 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent while ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to onboarding
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and job requirements
  • Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews and assessments
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with stakeholders
  • Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS)
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
  • Prepare and extend job offers and negotiate terms when required
  • Stay updated with industry trends and hiring best practices


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration , or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment
  • Strong understanding of recruitment tools and platforms
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple roles and meet hiring deadlines
  • Familiarity with ATS systems and recruitment metrics
  • Strong organizational and decision-making skills


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in tech or corporate hiring
  • Knowledge of employer branding strategies
  • Hands-on experience with tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, or ATS platforms
