We are seeking a proactive and results-driven
Talent Acquisition Specialist

in end-to-end recruitment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent while ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities

Manage the
full recruitment lifecycle
from job posting to onboarding

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand
hiring needs and job requirements

Source candidates through
job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels

Screen resumes and conduct
initial interviews and assessments

Coordinate and schedule interviews with stakeholders

Maintain and update the
applicant tracking system (ATS)

Build and maintain a strong
talent pipeline
for future hiring needs

Ensure a
positive candidate experience
throughout the hiring process

Prepare and extend
job offers
and negotiate terms when required

Stay updated with
industry trends and hiring best practices
Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in
Human Resources, Business Administration
, or related field

Minimum
2 years of experience
in talent acquisition or recruitment

Strong understanding of
recruitment tools and platforms

Ability to manage multiple roles and
