Procurement Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Procurement Manager with a strong background in reputed real estate or construction companies to oversee all procurement activities for our projects. This role will be responsible for managing supplier relationships, sourcing high-quality materials, and ensuring all procurement activities align with project timelines and budget constraints.

Location: Lahore Head Offic/Mandi Bahauddin (Sufi City)

Salary Range: 170k-190k

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement procurement strategies that meet project needs, timelines, and budget goals
• Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to secure high-quality materials and services at competitive prices
• Manage supplier relationships, including contract negotiation, performance monitoring, and issue resolution
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations throughout the procurement process
• Oversee inventory management, ensuring timely delivery of materials to avoid project delays
• Work closely with project managers, site engineers, and other departments to forecast material requirements and adjust procurement plans accordingly
• Prepare and present reports on procurement activities, cost savings, and supplier performance for management review

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus
• 7-10 years of experience in procurement, preferably in the real estate or construction industry

Skills and Requirements:

• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to develop effective supplier partnerships
• Proficiency in procurement software and ERP (Odoo) systems
• Knowledge of industry regulations and quality standards related to materials procurement in real estate
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail
• Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with vendors and cross-functional teams
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities within tight deadlines
