Operations Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for a seasoned Operations Manager to join our leadership team. You will be responsible for streamlining our end-to-end business processes—from procurement and supply chain management to site installation and after-sales service. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between our technical teams and corporate objectives to ensure every project is a "turnkey" success.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Lifecycle Management: Oversee multiple installation sites simultaneously, ensuring projects (ranging from luxury home lifts to heavy-duty cargo elevators) are completed on time and within budget.
• Supply Chain Optimization: Manage inventory and coordinate with international partners (including Fuji Japan) to ensure the timely arrival of specialized components.
• Team Leadership: Lead a multi-disciplinary team of site supervisors, engineers, and technicians.
• Quality & Safety: Enforce strict safety protocols and international engineering standards across all worksites.
• Client Relations: Serve as the primary operational contact for high-value clients, ensuring their technical requirements and after-sales needs are met.
• Operational Strategy: Identify bottlenecks in the current workflow and implement SOPs to improve overall company efficiency.

Required Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum 5–7 years in Operations Management, specifically within the Engineering, Construction, or Lift industry.
• Education: B.Sc. in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Operations.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in project management software and a deep understanding of technical quotations and contracts.
• Communication: Excellent command of English and Urdu, with the ability to negotiate with vendors and present to stakeholders.
