E-Commerce Product Sourcing (Procurement / Purchasing)

Job Overview:

We are looking for a responsible and active E-Commerce Product Sourcing (Procurement / Purchasing) who will visit local markets, search for products for our e-commerce business, collect pricing details, arrange samples, and coordinate with the team for uploading products on our website and WhatsApp store.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit local markets and wholesale shops to find new and trending products for e-commerce business / online selling.
• Source products suitable for e-commerce store, website, and WhatsApp sales.
• Collect product details including price, quality, supplier information, and availability.
• Bring product samples for review and approval.
• Prepare product lists with complete pricing and supplier details.
• Coordinate with the media/IT team for product photos and uploads on website / WhatsApp.
• Negotiate prices with suppliers when required.
• Suggest new product ideas suitable for online selling / e-commerce business.

Requirements:

• Must be confident in market visits and communication.
• Basic understanding of e-commerce / online selling products.
• Good negotiation and communication skills.
• Responsible and honest personality.
• Fresh & experienced both can apply.
