Job Title: Procurement & Tendering Specialist
Location: Onsite – Lahore, Pakistan
Working Hours:
- Summer: 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM
- Winter: 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM

Role Overview
The Procurement & Tendering Specialist is responsible for managing the full lifecycle of procurement and tendering activities. This role ensures the company secures high-quality materials, services, and contracts, while optimizing costs and ensuring compliance with regulations. The specialist will work closely with internal teams to support both procurement and public-sector tender submissions.
Key Responsibilities
- Source, evaluate, and select suppliers for materials, services, and subcontracted work.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to ensure best value
- Maintain procurement records, including purchase orders, agreements, and invoices.
- Monitor supplier performance, quality, and compliance with standards.
- Support cost analysis, budgeting, and procurement forecasting.
- Implement procurement best practices and improve processes.
- Identify and track public-sector tenders; evaluate opportunities for suitability.
- Maintain tender pipeline, manage deadlines, and coordinate submissions.
- Prepare tender summaries, reports, and required documentation.
- Coordinate registrations, compliance documentation, and bid readiness.
- Attend pre-bid meetings and communicate high-priority opportunities.
- Collaborate with project, estimation, and preconstruction teams.
- Provide insights on market trends, supplier risks, and project forecasts.
- Contribute to procurement and tendering policies, procedures, and dashboards.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience in procurement and tendering, preferably in construction.
- Knowledge of public procurement processes, RFPs, RFQs, IFBs, and contract management.
- Strong negotiation, research, analytical, and reporting skills.
- Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple deadlines.
- Proficient in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and procurement/tender tracking tools.
- Good communication and coordination skills with internal and external stakeholders.
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with public-sector bidding platforms and procurement portals.
- Understanding of construction scopes, trades, regulatory compliance, and supply chain processes.
- Experience supporting estimation, preconstruction, or project management teams.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple procurement and tendering opportunities simultaneously.
