Procurement Officer

JOB DESCRIPTION (JD)

Ø Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimize sourcing and supplier selection processes.

Ø Identify potential suppliers, conduct supplier evaluations, and negotiate contracts and pricing terms.

Ø Manage vendor relationships and monitor supplier performance to ensure compliance with contractual agreements and quality standards.

Ø Coordinate with internal stakeholders, such as production, finance, and operations, to align procurement activities with business needs.

Ø Maintain accurate records of procurement transactions, contracts, and vendor information.

Ø Monitor inventory levels and forecast demand to ensure adequate stock levels while minimizing carrying costs.

Ø Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements within the procurement function.

Ø Preparing and managing purchase orders (PO) and Purchase Demand (PD) in accordance with the company’s needs and budget.

Ø Reviewing and managing the company’s procurement strategy

Ø Must have driving knowledge and driving license and to manage Urgent Procurement.

Ø Determine if inventory quantities are sufficient for needs, ordering more materials when necessary.

Ø Perform any other duties and responsibilities as maybe assigned from time to time by the Supervisor.

Ø Education should be Bachelors

Ø Experience should be of 2-3 years

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs45,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
