Receptionist for busy Cosmetic, Laser and Aesthetic Dermatology clinic in Los Gatos, Superior Customer Service , Social Media, Membership and Luxury Sales skills a plus.. Hours: M-F 10-7 or 11-8 4-5 days /weekSalary: Dependent on ExperienceFull Time- 30-40 Hours a week, available evenings 10-7 or 11-8 Schedule 4-5 days weekJob Description<ul><li>Dynamic, friendly, engaging Receptionist needed for Cosmetic Laser Dermatology</li><li>Very Friendly, Outgoing Personality a Plus! Must be great at customer service and Sales!</li><li>Greets visitors and clients in friendly and professional manner,</li><li>Schedules patient appointments, answers general questions for patient care services</li><li>Assist in educating customers on various aesthetic procedure</li><li>Sell Memberships, Skincare Products and Laser Skin Rejuvenation Packages, Injectables, PRP/PRF Rejuvenation &amp; Hair Treatment Protocols, Body Treatments Coolsculpting/Cooltone Muscle Building, Luxury Medical Grade Skincare, etc.Treatments Packages, etc</li><li>Completes required paperwork or documentation in EMR Patient Now and in charts.</li><li>Maintains master list of patient forms and pricing, makes copies, completes inserts forms as needed into patient charts.</li><li>Provides assistance in the day-to-day administration of department.</li><li>Establishes and maintains electronic and paper files and records.</li><li>Oversees equipment and office supply inventories and initiates or approves service requests and supply orders.</li><li>Assists in growth of practice.</li><li>Follow up on all leads via email, calls, texts.
