Responsibilities

• Assist in creating, curating, and scheduling engaging content across various social media channels using tools like Hootsuite or Buffer.
• Support the development of innovative graphic designs and visual assets utilizing Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Conduct social listening to monitor brand mentions, industry trends, and audience feedback to inform content strategies.
• Help implement targeted Facebook Advertising campaigns to boost reach and engagement.
• Collaborate with the team on branding initiatives, ensuring consistency across all digital platforms.
• Analyze web analytics and social media metrics using Google Analytics and web analytics tools to measure campaign performance.
• Contribute to public relations efforts by managing relationship management activities and engaging with online communities.
• Create, manage and send monthly email marketing and social media advertising campaigns.
• Manage and grow engagement on social media channels for clinic and providers.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of social media management platforms.
• Proficiency in graphic design software
• Familiarity with SEO principles, keyword research, and web analytics tools like Google Analytics.
• Experience with video editing and photography is a plus.
• Excellent proofreading skills with attention to detail for content creation and editing.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
