Responsibilities
- Develop and execute compelling content strategies tailored for Instagram and TikTok to increase followers and engagement.
- Create high-quality visual and video content using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Creative Suite, and video editing tools that align with brand identity.
- Manage daily social media activities using tools like Hootsuite and Buffer to schedule posts, monitor performance, and optimize campaigns.
- Conduct social listening to gather insights on audience preferences, trending topics, and competitor activities to inform content creation and marketing strategies.
- Implement SEO best practices and keyword research techniques to enhance content discoverability across platforms.
- Collaborate with the marketing team on branding initiatives, public relations efforts, and promotional campaigns including Facebook Advertising.
- Track web analytics and social media metrics via Google Analytics and web analytics tools to measure success and refine strategies accordingly.
- Engage actively with followers by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries to foster community relationships.
- Support e-commerce initiatives by creating engaging product showcases, promotional videos, and photography that drive conversions.
Experience
- Proven experience in social media management for platforms like Instagram and TikTok with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
- Skilled in graphic design, photography, video editing, and content creation using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools.
- Familiarity with social listening tools such as Hootsuite or Buffer for monitoring brand reputation and industry trends.
- Knowledge of SEO techniques, keyword research, Google Analytics, web analytics, and digital marketing best practices.
- Experience managing paid advertising campaigns on Facebook or other social media platforms is a plus.
- Strong relationship management skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences effectively.
- Excellent proofreading skills to ensure all content is polished, accurate, and aligned with branding standards.
