About Beyond Media Group Beyond Media Group is a sports media company producing high-volume digital content and original shows including The Nevin Shapiro Show, The Andy Hernandez Show, What’s Driving You, and The Crossover. We work directly with talent such as Nevin Shapiro, Keyon Dooling, Adam “Pacman” Jones, and Grayson “The Professor” Boucher and Dwight Howard. This is a production-first environment. Content moves fast and gets published. You will be part of that process.

Role role is for someone who already knows how to shoot and edit or is actively studying production. You will be involved in filming, editing, and turning long-form content into short-form that performs on social. Familiarity with Adobe Premiere or similar editing software is required. Knowledge of After Effects or Photoshop is a plus. You should have a basic understanding of camera operation and a strong interest in sports, visual storytelling, and digital media. You must be able to operate in a fast-paced environment, including some nights and weekends, and be organized, detail-oriented, and able to work within a team.

Education / ExperienceCurrent college student pursuing a degree in media production, film, communications, journalism, or related field. Previous experience in video production through classwork, student organizations, or internships is a plus but not required. Must be able to commit to the internship schedule including select nights and weekends. Final candidates may be subject to a background check.

Responsibilities-Film podcasts, interviews, and digital content in studio and on location.-Edit long-form episodes for YouTube and distribution.-Cut short-form clips for TikTok, Reels, and YouTube Shorts.-Identify moments that will perform and turn them into content.-Assist with cameras, lighting, audio, and studio setup.-Organize and manage footage, files, and content libraries.-Work across multiple shows including The Andy Hernandez Show, Root 17:26, The MMA -Hangout, United Football League, and DUPR.-Collaborate with the team on content ideas and formats.

Requirements- Experience, Must have own transportation

Preferred-Experience clipping content for social.-Understanding of what performs on TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.-Portfolio or examples of past work.
