This position offers an exciting opportunity to grow professionally while making a positive impact on our community&rsquo;s oral health.Responsibilities<ul><li>Perform thorough patient assessments, including dental examinations, medical history reviews, and oral health evaluations.</li><li>Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that align with patients&rsquo; needs and dental best practices.</li><li>Deliver a wide range of general dentistry procedures such as fillings, crowns, bridges, and preventive care.</li><li>Conduct complex procedures including dental extractions, root canal therapy, and prosthodontics with precision and adherence to aseptic techniques.</li><li>Utilize dental imaging technology and interpret medical imaging results to inform treatment decisions.</li><li>Apply advanced skills in pediatric dentistry and oral surgery when treating younger patients or performing surgical interventions.</li><li>Maintain accurate and detailed medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations and office protocols.</li><li>Educate patients on oral hygiene practices, treatment options, and preventive measures to promote long-term oral health.</li><li>Collaborate effectively with the dental team using four-handed dentistry techniques to enhance efficiency and patient comfort.</li><li>Ensure infection control standards are strictly followed to maintain a safe clinical environment.</li><li>Keep up-to-date with the latest advancements in dental terminology, procedures, and technology to continually improve patient care quality.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Valid state license to practice dentistry with current credentials in good standing.</li><li>Proven experience in general dentistry within a busy dental clinic or office setting; prior experience with dental office software such as Dentrix, Eaglesoft, or Dolphin is highly preferred.</li><li>Strong knowledge of dental terminology, anatomy, medical terminology, and infection control protocols.</li><li>Demonstrated expertise in performing dental extractions, root canal therapy, endodontics, prosthodontics, and pediatric dentistry procedures.</li><li>Familiarity with medical records management and HIPAA compliance standards.</li><li>Excellent patient care skills with the ability to assess patient needs accurately and communicate treatment plans clearly.</li><li>Ability to work efficiently within a team using four-handed dentistry techniques to optimize workflow.</li><li>Commitment to maintaining high standards of aseptic technique and infection prevention practices.
