You will be the first point of contact, managing patient flow, verifying insurance information, and maintaining accurate medical records. If you thrive in fast-paced settings, possess excellent communication skills, and have a passion for delivering exceptional patient service, this opportunity is perfect for you!Duties<ul><li>Greet patients warmly upon arrival and at time of leaving, ensuring a friendly and professional front desk experience</li><li>Verify patient insurance coverage through insurance verification processes and update records accordingly</li><li>Check patients in and out efficiently and accurately</li><li>Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments</li><li>Handle multi-line phone systems with professionalism, answering inquiries and directing calls appropriately</li><li>Maintain accurate patient records and front desk documentation</li><li>Assist with medical scheduling, intake procedures, and ensuring all patient information is current and complete</li><li>Support medical billing processes by understanding CPT coding, ICD-10/ICD-9 coding, and HIPAA compliance standards</li><li>Support clinical and administrative staff as needed</li><li>Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations to protect patient confidentiality at all times</li><li>Ensure the front office runs smoothly and remains organized</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; QualificationsWe are looking for someone who is:<ul><li>Highly detail-oriented with strong accuracy in documentation and scheduling</li><li>Able to self-govern and work independently without constant supervision</li><li>Possesses a positive, professional, and friendly attitude</li><li>Has a strong work ethic and takes pride in doing tasks correctly the first time</li><li>Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced medical environment</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>Prior clinic or medical office experience is highly preferred, especially in front desk or administrative support roles within healthcare settings</li><li>Basic understanding of insurance verification and patient intake processes</li><li>Proficiency with EMR systems</li><li>Strong knowledge of medical terminology, CPT coding, ICD coding (ICD-10/ICD-9), and medical billing practices (willing to train)</li><li>Bilingual abilities are a plus to serve diverse patient populations effectively</li><li>Demonstrated customer service skills with a focus on patient satisfaction and clear communication</li><li>Ability to handle multi-line phone systems with professionalism and maintain high levels of organization in a busy office setting</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Supportive and professional team environment</li><li>Opportunity for growth within the practice</li><li>Stable, long-term employment for the right candidate</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>401 (k) with matching</li></ul>Join us to be part of a dedicated team that values you while maintaining transparency and clarity in every interaction.
