Yes&hellip; we said excitedWhat You&rsquo;ll Be Doing (aka Your Superpowers):<ul><li>Welcoming patients like VIPs from the moment they walk in</li><li>Answering phones with confidence, kindness, and maybe even a little sparkle</li><li>Scheduling appointments like a pro Tetris player</li><li>Verifying insurance and breaking it down in a way patients actually understand</li><li>Presenting treatment plans without making it feel scary or overwhelming</li><li>Collecting payments and keeping finances organized (you = detail wizard )</li><li>Submitting insurance claims and staying on top of follow-ups</li><li>Keeping the schedule full, the day flowing, and the team supported</li><li>Sending reminders so no one forgets their appointment (you&rsquo;re basically the office memory)</li></ul>What You Bring to the Team:<ul><li>A positive attitude and people-first mindset</li><li>Experience in a dental (bonus points if you know your way around Dentrix Ascend)</li><li>Comfort talking about insurance, money, and treatment plans</li><li>Strong multitasking skills&mdash;you can handle busy days without breaking a sweat</li><li>Great communication skills (phone, in-person, carrier pigeon&hellip; okay maybe not that last one )</li></ul>The Vibe: Fast-paced, team-driven, and full of good energy.
