Dental Receptionist

Position Summary:
Are you the kind of person who can juggle phone calls, greet patients with a smile, and keep things running smoothly—all before your coffee gets cold? Then you might be our next Dental Front Desk Superstar!

You’ll be the friendly face (and voice) of our office, helping patients feel comfortable, informed, and even excited about their dental visits. Yes… we said excited

What You’ll Be Doing (aka Your Superpowers):

• Welcoming patients like VIPs from the moment they walk in
• Answering phones with confidence, kindness, and maybe even a little sparkle
• Scheduling appointments like a pro Tetris player
• Verifying insurance and breaking it down in a way patients actually understand
• Presenting treatment plans without making it feel scary or overwhelming
• Collecting payments and keeping finances organized (you = detail wizard )
• Submitting insurance claims and staying on top of follow-ups
• Keeping the schedule full, the day flowing, and the team supported
• Sending reminders so no one forgets their appointment (you’re basically the office memory)

What You Bring to the Team:

• A positive attitude and people-first mindset
• Experience in a dental (bonus points if you know your way around Dentrix Ascend)
• Comfort talking about insurance, money, and treatment plans
• Strong multitasking skills—you can handle busy days without breaking a sweat
• Great communication skills (phone, in-person, carrier pigeon… okay maybe not that last one )
