Chiropractic Scribe & Medical Biller

A part time position needed for a Downers Grove Chiropractic Office. The job will require about 8-10 hours per week on Thursday afternoons and Saturday mornings (approximately, depending on patient load each day):

The office is open:

Tuesdays 2 - 6:00 pm

Thursdays 8 am - 12:00 and 2 - 6:00 pm

Saturdays 8 am - 12 pm

Responsibilities include but are not limited to, sitting in treatment room and notetaking/ scribe Doctors notes into our EHR software, perform cupping and electric stim, reconciling patient financial accounts, scheduling patients into our EHR software, answering phones and collecting payments. The right candidate must have computer skills and be comfortable with patient interaction. Candidates with previous medical office experience and knowledge are strongly encouraged to apply.

Medical billing and cupping experience a plus.

A suitable applicant will be required to pass a background check.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
