Job Title: OutSystems DeveloperJob Description: The OutSystems (Low Code) Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing software solutions using low-code development platforms. This role involves working closely with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into functional applications.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Design, develop, and implement software solutions using low-code development platforms</li><li>Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into functional applications</li><li>Test and debug applications to ensure high-quality deliverables; maintain and enhance existing applications to improve functionality and performance</li><li>Design and implement business logic, workflows, and user interfaces within low-code/no-code environments.</li><li>Integrate low-code/no-code solutions with existing systems and databases.</li><li>Ensure security and compliance standards are met when building applications.</li><li>Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and build workflow automation.</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize and enhance low-code/no-code solutions.</li><li>Document application configurations, logic, and workflows for knowledge sharing.</li><li>Assist in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to low-code/no-code applications.</li><li>Continuously evaluate and improve the efficiency and effectiveness of low-code/no-code solutions.</li><li>Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in low-code development</li></ul>Skills and Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred</li><li>3+ years of experience developing software using OutSystems; demonstrated understanding of OutSystems best practices</li><li>Experience working with .NET, C#, XAML, HTML 5, CSS, JavaScript, SQL Server is a plus</li><li>Experience in Hl7, FHIR standards and engines like CorePoint, Redox is a plus</li><li>Familiarity with Agile, DevOps, REST API, and Test-Driven Development Practices</li><li>Ability to work with cross functional teams and translate business requirements into technical solutions.</li></ul>Basic knowledge of database concepts and data integration.<ul><li>Excellent communication and collaboration skills.</li><li>Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and adapt to evolving low-code/no-code technologies.</li><li>Strong problem solving, technical troubleshooting and decision-making skills</li><li>A natural excitement for technology, developing, and delivering value</li><li>Forward thinker that considers the long-term, not just what is expected now</li><li>Certification in Outsystems is a plus</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;150,000.00 - &#8377;180,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Provident Fund</li><li>Work from home</li></ul>Work Location: Remote
