Azure API Integration Developer

Shift Timing: 6 PM to 3 AM IST (CST Timezone)

*Job Summary*

4-6 years of experienced Azure API Developer to design, develop, and manage APIs on Microsoft Azure for healthcare applications. The candidate should have experience with healthcare data standards, including HL7, HIPAA regulations and Protected Health Information (PHI) handling.

*Key Responsibilities*
Design, develop, and deploy RESTful APIs using Azure services

• Ensure APIs comply with HIPAA security and privacy requirements
• Implement authentication and authorization using OAuth 2.0, JWT, and Azure Entra ID
• Secure PHI data using encryption at rest and in transit
• Manage APIs using Azure API Management (APIM)
• Knowledge of Azure Functions – serverless APIs and Azure App Service – host web APIs
• Support API versioning, documentation, and lifecycle management

*Required Skills*
Strong experience developing APIs on Microsoft Azure

• Proficiency in C# (.NET)
• Hands-on experience with HL7 messaging, FHIR APIs, or healthcare integrations
• Solid understanding of HIPAA compliance and PHI data protection
• Experience implementing secure API architectures
• Knowledge of REST, JSON, XML, HTTP/S
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions)
• Experience with logging, monitoring, and auditing for

Pay: ₹315,502.57 - ₹1,425,678.19 per year
