Position: Business Development Manager (IT Sales)Location: Islamabad (On-site) Working Hours: 9:00 AM &ndash; 6:00 PM (Flexibility required beyond office hours)Job OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager with a strong background in IT sales to drive new business growth, manage key client relationships, and support long-term business retention. The ideal candidate will have solid exposure to B2B and B2C sales, particularly in cybersecurity solutions, and the ability to manage the complete sales lifecycle.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Generate new business from end customers (B2B &amp; B2C)</li><li>Build, manage, and retain long-term client relationships</li><li>Ensure business retention through proactive engagement and follow-ups</li><li>Maintain a maximum response time of 4 hours for clients and leads</li><li>Coordinate with vendors for pricing, solutions, and delivery timelines</li><li>Prepare and manage quotations, proposals, and sales documentation</li><li>Coordinate product demos and track demo-to-conversion outcomes</li><li>Follow up on purchase orders, renewals (if applicable), and payment coordination</li><li>Maintain accurate reporting of leads, demos, conversions, and revenue</li><li>Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of sales commitments</li><li>Remain flexible to work beyond office hours when business needs require</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Experience<ul><li>Minimum 5 years of IT sales experience</li><li>Strong understanding of B2B and B2C sales models</li><li>Hands-on knowledge of cybersecurity solutions</li><li>Proven ability to close deals and manage enterprise-level clients</li><li>Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills</li><li>Experience in vendor management and solution sourcing</li><li>Ability to manage multiple deals simultaneously with attention to detail</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs200,000.00 - Rs250,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):<ul><li>Do you have a minimum of 5 years of IT sales experience?
