Business Development Manager – US Market (On-Site, Islamabad)

Role Overview

We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Business Development Manager with hands-on experience in the US market. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, building strong pipelines, and closing deals within the cybersecurity and IT solutions space.

This is an on-site role based in Islamabad, requiring alignment with US business hours.

Key Responsibilities

  • Market Expansion: Identify and develop new business opportunities across the US market through outbound prospecting, cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach.
  • Sales Cycle Ownership: Manage the full sales lifecycle—from lead generation and qualification to negotiation and deal closure.
  • Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline using CRM tools.
  • Client Engagement: Conduct discovery calls, product demos, and solution presentations tailored to US clients.
  • Strategic Networking: Strengthen brand presence through LinkedIn and industry platforms.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with pre-sales and technical teams to design solutions aligned with client requirements.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay updated on cybersecurity trends, competitor offerings, and US market dynamics.

Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum 2+ years in business development or sales targeting the US market
  • Industry Knowledge: Exposure to cybersecurity or IT solutions (e.g., PAM, SIEM, Endpoint Security) is highly preferred
  • Communication Skills: Excellent spoken and written English (mandatory)
  • Sales Skills: Strong negotiation, objection handling, and closing ability
  • Tools: Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and prospecting tools
  • Availability: Willingness to work 5:30 PM – 3:30 AM (Pakistan Time), on-site
  • Location: Must be based in or willing to relocate to Islamabad/Rawalpindi

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs200,000.00 per month
