Job Summary:
The Customer Sales Representative (CSR) is responsible for managing inbound and outbound customer interactions, driving sales, and delivering high-quality service. The role requires strong communication skills, a sales-driven approach, and the ability to perform in a fast-paced, target-oriented call center environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle high-volume inbound and outbound calls in a professional manner
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products/services
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales and conversion targets on Home improvement campaign.
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer inquiries efficiently
- Handle objections effectively and close sales
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in CRM systems
- Follow call scripts, SOPs, and quality assurance standards
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and adherence to KPIs
Requirements:
- Minimum 1–2 years of call center experience (mandatory)
- Excellent English communication skills with a clear and neutral accent
- Strong sales, negotiation, and objection-handling skills
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
