Customer Service Representative

Job Summary:

Nayab Labs & Diagnostic Centre is seeking a dedicated and professional Customer Relations Officer / Call Centre Operator to manage patient communications, handle inquiries, and ensure exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for patients and clients, maintaining a high standard of professionalism and accuracy in all interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls in a courteous and professional manner
  • Provide accurate information regarding laboratory tests, services, pricing, and timings
  • Book appointments and coordinate with relevant departments
  • Address patient queries, complaints, and feedback efficiently
  • Maintain proper call records and update patient data in the system
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, confidentiality, and data privacy standards
  • Follow up with patients regarding reports, appointments, and services
  • Coordinate with collection points and lab staff for smooth operations
  • Promote company services where appropriate

Requirements:

  • Minimum Intermediate / Bachelor’s degree preferred Medical Lab Technologist qualification.
  • Proven experience in a call centre or customer service role (healthcare experience is a plus)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong command of Urdu and basic English (spoken & written)
  • Good computer skills and familiarity with Medicube/software systems
  • Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Professional attitude and problem-solving skills

Working Hours:

  • Shift-based (including evening/weekend shifts if required)
