Travel Consultant

We are seeking a Travel Consultant to join our dynamic inbound call center team. The ideal candidate will have excellent English communication skills, a customer-first attitude, and the ability to handle inquiries professionally and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming customer calls and provide accurate, timely information.
  • Resolve customer concerns, complaints, and inquiries with professionalism.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service.
  • Update customer records and document interactions in the system.
  • Adhere to company policies and call handling procedures.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Previous experience in customer service (preferred but not required).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer concerns with patience.
  • Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM systems.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple inquiries efficiently.
  • Willing to work from 2 PM to 11 PM.
