Client Support Specialist

Job Summary:

A Client Support Specialist is responsible for assisting customers or clients by resolving issues, answering inquiries, and ensuring a positive customer experience. The role involves communication through phone, email, chat, or ticketing systems while maintaining strong product and service knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Troubleshoot customer issues and provide effective solutions
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
  • Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments
  • Follow up with clients to ensure issue resolution
  • Assist customers with onboarding, account setup, or product usage
  • Meet customer satisfaction and response-time targets
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience
  • Prepare reports on recurring issues and customer feedback

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities
  • Customer-focused mindset
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
  • Familiarity with CRM or helpdesk software
  • Basic technical troubleshooting skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
  • High school diploma or bachelor’s degree (preferred)

Preferred Experience:

  • 1–3 years in customer service, client support, or call center roles
  • Experience using tools like Zendesk, Freshdesk, or Salesforce
  • Experience in SaaS, telecom, e-commerce, or IT support environments

Pay: Rs110,000.00 - Rs120,000.00 per month
