Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused CSR Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling client coordination, maintaining records, and ensuring smooth communication throughout the service process. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
This is a full-time, office-based position located at Giga Mall, DHA Phase II, Islamabad.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate with clients to gather required information and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Review submitted documents and records for completeness and accuracy.
- Maintain and update customer information in internal systems and databases.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external entities regarding ongoing cases and processes.
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and related activities as required.
- Provide regular updates and support to clients regarding their case or application status.
- Ensure all records and confidential information are maintained in an organized and secure manner.
- Handle customer queries professionally through calls, emails, and messages.
- Assist management with reporting, administrative coordination, and daily operational tasks.
- Stay informed about company procedures, compliance standards, and service updates.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- 3–4 years of experience in customer service, coordination, administration, or client handling roles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good command of MS Office and online management systems.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
