<p>
AdventHealth Medical Group is seeking a board certified/board eligible Pediatrician to join a new multispecialty practice located in The Villages, Florida at Middleton opening in quarter 4 of 2026. This new practice will provide needed access to families in the area who are currently traveling long distances for Pediatric Primary Care. The ideal candidate will be/have:</p>
<ul>
<li>Active FL medical license (or ability to secure active, unrestricted licensure)
</li><li>Board Certification in Pediatrics (or Board Eligibility if less than 3 years out of training)
</li><li>Experience with supervising Advanced Practice Providers (APRN and/or PA-C)
</li><li>Prior experience with opening and growing a new office
</li></ul><p>Proficiency with minor office-based procedures including, but not limited to: circumcisions, vaccinations per AAP guidelines, CLIA waived labs</p>
<p><b>
Physician Expectations:
</b></p><ul><li>Shared practice call coverage for evenings and weekends
</li><li>Ability to work a set schedule, which may include early morning and/or evening hours to meet patient needs</li>
</ul>
