We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Recruitment Consultant to join our team. This role focuses on sourcing, screening, and placing top talent within the real estate sector. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong network, and a passion for connecting the right people with the right opportunities.Location &amp; Work ArrangementWork from Home (Remote)Working HoursMonday to Saturday: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PMCompensation<ul><li>Base Salary: ₹12,000 per month</li><li>Incentives: Performance-based incentives on successful placements</li><li>Total Earning Potential: Attractive package with unlimited earning potential through incentives</li></ul>Key ResponsibilitiesTalent Acquisition<ul><li>Source and attract candidates for real estate positions including sales agents, property consultants, relationship managers, and real estate advisors</li><li>Utilize job portals, social media platforms, networking, and referrals to build a strong candidate pipeline</li><li>Screen resumes and conduct preliminary interviews to assess candidate suitability</li></ul>Candidate Submission &amp; Placement<ul><li>Submit a minimum of 5 qualified candidate profiles daily to meet placement targets</li><li>Ensure all submissions meet the required job specifications and quality standards</li><li>Follow up on submitted profiles and track their progress</li><li>Maintain accurate records of all candidate submissions in the recruitment database</li></ul>Business Development<ul><li>Build and maintain a network of industry contacts</li><li>Achieve monthly and quarterly placement targets</li></ul>Required QualificationsEducation<ul><li>Graduate in any discipline (HR, Business Administration preferred)</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>Minimum 1-3 years of proven experience in recruitment</li><li>Prior experience in real estate sector recruitment is highly preferred</li><li>Demonstrated track record of meeting daily/monthly submission and placement targets</li></ul>Skills &amp; Competencies<ul><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi</li><li>Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities</li><li>Proficiency with job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.)</li><li>Good understanding of the real estate industry and job roles</li><li>Target-oriented mindset with strong negotiation skills</li><li>Ability to work independently in a remote environment</li><li>Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)</li><li>Time management and organizational skills</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>Existing network within the real estate industry</li><li>Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)</li><li>Knowledge of recruitment best practices and employment laws</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Flexible work-from-home opportunity</li><li>Performance-based incentives with no cap on earnings</li><li>Professional growth and learning opportunities</li><li>Supportive team environment</li><li>Recognition and rewards for top performers</li></ul>Performance Metrics<ul><li>Minimum 5 qualified candidate submissions per day</li><li>Number of successful placements per month</li><li>Quality of candidates presented</li><li>Candidate retention rates</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Up to ₹12,000.00 per monthWork Location: Remote
