Only candidates with long-term tenure and growth within reputed Channel Partner firms will be eligible.We are seeking a seasoned Sales Head to lead and scale our operations for a reputed Real Estate Channel Partner firm. The right candidate will have 7 to 10 years of continuous experience with a single channel partner organization, demonstrating loyalty, consistent performance, and proven leadership in sales management. Total Experience must be more than 12 Years.The Sales Head will be responsible for driving business across A-grade real estate projects in Mumbai and MMR, leading large teams, and ensuring sustainable business growth.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Strategic Sales Leadership</li><li>Develop and execute sales plans for A-grade real estate projects across multiple locations in Mumbai.</li><li>Lead end-to-end operations including lead generation, inside sales, field sales, closures, and payment collection.</li><li>Achieve and exceed sales and revenue targets through effective planning and execution.</li><li>Team Management &amp; Growth</li><li>Manage, mentor, and motivate a large sales team to maximize performance.</li><li>Build scalable processes to enhance sales productivity and team efficiency.</li><li>Continuously identify new opportunities for scaling up the sales teams performance.</li><li>Client &amp; Market Engagement</li><li>Build strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to drive business growth.</li><li>Collaborate with developers, mandates, and channel networks while ensuring independence from developer-style processes.</li><li>Stay ahead of market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adapt strategies effectively.</li><li>Cross-functional Collaboration</li><li>Work closely with marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.</li><li>Drive alignment across functions to improve lead quality, conversion, and client satisfaction.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>7 to 10+ years of continuous experience in a single reputed Real Estate Channel Partner (Brokerage) firm.</li><li>Proven experience in managing large teams and handling full-scale sales operations.</li><li>Strong expertise in mandate sales, retail brokerage, and channel partner operations.</li><li>In-depth understanding of MMR real estate markets (Thane, Navi Mumbai, KDMC, Western &amp; Central suburbs, Pune preferred).</li><li>Excellent leadership, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.</li><li>Education: Graduate / Postgraduate (MBA preferred but not mandatory).</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Attractive fixed CTC with performance-linked incentives.</li><li>Leadership opportunity to manage large teams and shape the firms growth strategy.</li><li>Exposure to Mumbais most competitive and fast-growing real estate markets.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Up to &#8377;4,500,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Application Question(s):<ul><li>How many years of work experience you have with Realestate Channel Partner Firm ?</li></ul>Work Location: In person

Sales Head

Administrative &amp; Calendar Management:<ul><li>Manage and maintain a dynamic calendar, including meetings, events, brand calls, and travel.</li><li>Coordinate and book travel, accommodations, and itineraries.</li><li>Handle inbox management: prioritize emails, respond to routine requests, and flag urgent communications.</li></ul>Brand &amp; Partnership Coordination:<ul><li>Liaise with brands, agencies, and collaborators regarding campaigns, deadlines, deliverables, and approvals.</li><li>Prepare briefs, decks, and reports as needed.</li><li>Content &amp; Social Media Support:</li><li>Help organize shoot schedules and production timelines.</li><li>Monitor publishing timelines across platforms (Instagram, YouTube, etc.).</li><li>Occasionally assist on set or during live events.</li></ul>Personal Assistance:<ul><li>Handle occasional personal errands, reservations, and logistics.</li><li>Assist with organization of home, office, product inventory (PR packages, gifting, etc.).</li></ul>Project &amp; File Management:<ul><li>Track expenses, invoices, and receipts for bookkeeping and reporting.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (written and verbal).</li><li>Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.</li><li>Comfortable with fast-paced environments, shifting priorities, and tight deadlines.</li><li>Discretion and confidentiality are a must.</li><li>Preferred: Background in marketing, PR, media, or entertainment.</li><li>Minimum 2 Years of Experience Required for the position</li><li>Flexible schedule to accommodate shoots, travel, or time-sensitive campaigns.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Up to &#8377;55,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
