Recruitment Consultant - Real estate Industry

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Recruitment Consultant to join our team. This role focuses on sourcing, screening, and placing top talent within the real estate sector. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong network, and a passion for connecting the right people with the right opportunities.

Location & Work Arrangement

Work from Home (Remote)

Working Hours

Monday to Saturday: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Compensation

• Base Salary: ₹12,000 per month
• Incentives: Performance-based incentives on successful placements
• Total Earning Potential: Attractive package with unlimited earning potential through incentives

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition

• Source and attract candidates for real estate positions including sales agents, property consultants, relationship managers, and real estate advisors
• Utilize job portals, social media platforms, networking, and referrals to build a strong candidate pipeline
• Screen resumes and conduct preliminary interviews to assess candidate suitability

Candidate Submission & Placement

• Submit a minimum of 5 qualified candidate profiles daily to meet placement targets
• Ensure all submissions meet the required job specifications and quality standards
• Follow up on submitted profiles and track their progress
• Maintain accurate records of all candidate submissions in the recruitment database

Business Development

• Build and maintain a network of industry contacts
• Achieve monthly and quarterly placement targets

Required Qualifications

Education

• Graduate in any discipline (HR, Business Administration preferred)

Experience

• Minimum 1-3 years of proven experience in recruitment
• Prior experience in real estate sector recruitment is highly preferred
• Demonstrated track record of meeting daily/monthly submission and placement targets

Skills & Competencies

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
• Proficiency with job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.)
• Good understanding of the real estate industry and job roles
• Target-oriented mindset with strong negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Time management and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Existing network within the real estate industry
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
• Knowledge of recruitment best practices and employment laws
