Job Summary Join our vibrant team as a Childcare Worker and become a vital part of nurturing young minds! In this role, you will provide attentive, compassionate, and engaging care to children across various age groups, fostering their growth and development in a safe and stimulating environment. Your energy and dedication will help create positive experiences that support childhood development and early education. Whether working in daycare centers, preschools, or providing babysitting services, you will play a key role in shaping happy, healthy, and confident children.Duties<ul><li>Supervise and actively engage with children during play, learning activities, meals, naps, and outdoor time to promote their physical, emotional, and social development</li><li>Implement age-appropriate activities that support early childhood education principles and encourage curiosity and creativity</li><li>Ensure the safety of all children by maintaining a clean, hazard-free environment and adhering to safety protocols such as first aid procedures when necessary</li><li>Communicate regularly with parents or guardians about children's progress, behaviors, and any concerns that arise during care</li><li>Assist with diapering, feeding, administering medication (as authorized), and other daily caregiving tasks tailored to infants and toddlers</li><li>Support children with disabilities by adapting activities to meet individual needs and working collaboratively with specialists or therapists when required</li><li>Maintain accurate records of daily activities, developmental milestones, behavior management notes, and health information</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Strong knowledge of childhood development stages and early childhood education best practices. trained in infant care is a plus!</li><li>Experience working with children across various age groups including infants, toddlers, preschoolers, and school-aged kids</li><li>Certification in first aid and CPR to respond confidently in emergency situations.</li><li>Ability to manage behavior effectively using positive reinforcement techniques</li><li>Compassionate caregiver with excellent communication skills for engaging with children and collaborating with families</li><li>Experience working with individuals with disabilities or special needs is highly desirable</li><li>Classroom experience or daycare background demonstrating familiarity with childcare routines and educational activities</li><li>We are open 7 days a week 10pm weekdays and midnight weekends.</li><li>Theme activities and group games during weekends and camp days</li></ul>Join us in creating joyful learning environments where children thrive!
