Job Summary

Duties
- Supervise and actively engage with children during play, learning activities, meals, naps, and outdoor time to promote their physical, emotional, and social development
- Implement age-appropriate activities that support early childhood education principles and encourage curiosity and creativity
- Ensure the safety of all children by maintaining a clean, hazard-free environment and adhering to safety protocols such as first aid procedures when necessary
- Communicate regularly with parents or guardians about children's progress, behaviors, and any concerns that arise during care
- Assist with diapering, feeding, administering medication (as authorized), and other daily caregiving tasks tailored to infants and toddlers
- Support children with disabilities by adapting activities to meet individual needs and working collaboratively with specialists or therapists when required
- Maintain accurate records of daily activities, developmental milestones, behavior management notes, and health information
Skills
- Strong knowledge of childhood development stages and early childhood education best practices. trained in infant care is a plus!
- Experience working with children across various age groups including infants, toddlers, preschoolers, and school-aged kids
- Certification in first aid and CPR to respond confidently in emergency situations.
- Ability to manage behavior effectively using positive reinforcement techniques
- Compassionate caregiver with excellent communication skills for engaging with children and collaborating with families
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities or special needs is highly desirable
- Classroom experience or daycare background demonstrating familiarity with childcare routines and educational activities
- We are open 7 days a week 10pm weekdays and midnight weekends.
- Theme activities and group games during weekends and camp days
